"When I first saw the price of the Bugaboo Cameleon, I was a little skeptical. What does this stroller have to offer that a stoller 1/3 of the price does not offer? After alot of research and comparison, I am finally able to answer that question. The Bugaboo Cameleon is a marvelous stroller as it will take your baby from a newborn all the way through his/her early walking years. It comes with three components- a bassinet, chair, and a base. The bassinet is generously sized, and is very comfortable for babies usage until they are basically able to sit up. Once they can sit up, the chair needs to be assembled and attached (as they can no longer use the bassinet once they sit up.) The chair is well made, and comfortable as well. It has different reclining positions, including a sleeping position in which your child can lay completely flat. There are oversized real rubber wheels that come with their own air pump (it's really not as complicated as it sounds.) The shocks on the stroller are fantastic, through snow, ice, rocky roads, sand, wet grass, etc. You will never get stuck with this stoller, and your baby will never feel any bumps either. But, as with anything, there are some things that are a little time consuming regarding this stoller- 1) You have to detach the chair/bassinet from the base before putting it into a car 2) It's takes a few tries before you actually understnad how to fold up the base properly 3) putting together the initial stoller is time consuming. However, overall, this really is a great stroller. It stands up to everything, and best of all, my son loves it. Although, I'm not going to lie and say that I don't have a second smaller umbrella stroller for vacations that involve taking a plane. The Bugaboo is hard to carry on a plane in two pieces, and a one piece foldable umbrella stroller is a better option for this particular situation."
"Before anyone purchases this stroller, I think they need to seriously consider how the stroller will be used. If you live in an urban area and always keep this stroller assembled...it would be a great stroller. If you live in a suburb, or your primary form of transportation is a vehicle, this stroller is a very poor choice. It breaks down into three pieces, and does not do so easily. There is nothing one-handed, or quick about the break down for transport. So, before you buy this stroller because it is the cool one, or the luxury one the celebs have, be honest about its limitations."

"Since our daughter won't be born until October, I'm writing this review as someone who has never used the stroller with an actual child inside. That being said, I did countless amounts of research both online and by talking to other parents and tried at least a dozen different strollers in a local baby store.
I'm a gadget guy, and the bugaboo's modern materials and styling appealed to me along with the immaculate safety record. My wife, (7 months pregnant at the time of purchase) was blown away by the easy maneuverability of the stroller. No other product from any other manufacturer came close in this area.
Typically, my wife and I tend to pay a little more for a quality product that we know will last for the duration and from our research the Bugaboo Chameleon will certainly last for our long as our first child needs it and will very likely last even for our second child (though the canvas would need to be replaced I'm sure.) Compare that to the cost of potentially 4 Graco strollers during the stoller-age of two children and you see the Chameleon's value. We are also purchasing the Bee for a lighter weight stroller option"
"Easy to push, rides like a dream, easy to put together! Well worth the money."
